5 Weeks to Become a Better Rugby Coach

penistone coverAs most of our regular readers know, we rarely advertise services or products on FRN and when we do it is because we truly believe that they can bring great benefit to you.

Over the last few months we hope you have enjoyed our analysis of the Six Nations, which has been provided by Mike Penistone. If you’ve missed them, check them out here.

Mike has been a coach for over 30 years at all levels of the game, from under-7’s through to elite international players at the highest level, in both the northern and southern hemispheres. He is the kind of guy that sits down for chats with Stuart Lancaster but doesn’t need to brag about it.

He is offering a very unique coaching service, which is designed to get coaches to the next level. So if you are a coach looking to improve and learn from the best, we encourage you to sign up immediately.

The Programme

“Coaches have to wear many hats. No one coach has all the answers. After 30 years of coaching around the globe, at all levels, including rugby league, I believe I can offer practical advice that will make you a more effective coach, and take your coaching career where you want it to go. There’s no secret formula – it’s down to you, some players and the synergy you create. – Mike Penistone”

This 5-week Personal Coaching Program is tailored 100% to your individual needs and interests – your current coaching style, your strengths and weaknesses, your coaching aspirations.

At its core are five key coaching modules, but with your personalised feedback through a quick-response questionnaire, a weekly Skype Coaching Session with Mike and targeted Coaching Insights to follow up each week’s session – the program is all about you.

It gives you the opportunity to identify what you want to achieve, and work with Mike to develop practical techniques and strategies to achieve it.

“Open your mind and understanding about yourself – how you coach and what you really aspire to be as a coach. A personal journey developing a style and method to be the best coach you can be.”
