Christmas Touch Tournament

Find Rugby Now is thrilled to announce that it will be hosting a Christmas Themed Mixed Touch Rugby Tournament on 13 December 2014 at East London RFC.

We are looking forward to welcoming up to 20 teams, so places are limited. Teams entry will cost £150 for 12 players.

Get some fitness in before the start of the holiday season and enjoy one last tournament run around in 2014!

The Rules

The aim of the day is to provide for a competitive level of competition for mixed touch rugby teams and to also increase participation in the sport.

Touch Rugby is a fast-moving, minimal contact evasive game played by both men and women.
 

The game is simple to learn and lots of fun – with no need to worry about getting hurt, making it suitable for mixed teams and people of varying abilities and experience.

– Matches will be 6-a-side with 6 Substitutes.
– Two women must be playing on the pitch at any given time.
– FIT playing rules will apply with any exceptions to be confirmed before the tournament.

All players in the squad need to be 17 yrs old or over on the day of the event. Entry fee includes tickets to the days festivities and entertainment.
