FRN 7s Tournament Registration Open!

FRN Tournament Find Rugby Now is thrilled to announce that we will be holding our annual London sevens tournament on 6 July 2013 at Blackheath Rugby Club, the oldest rugby club in England! And this year the tournament is going to be bigger and better than ever!

The tournament will cater for both men’s and women’s social and competitive teams with something for all standards.

We strive to be the cheapest London tournament of its size at only £10/player, free entry for spectators and free camping for all players. So, sign up via our Online Registration Form today and join our Facebook Group to stay up to date with all of the latest information!

ENTERTAINMENT

cheer.jpgThe FindRugbyNow tournament will be unlike any other – with fancy dress, DJ & music, cheerleaders, professional team photos and prizes!

We are especially excited to be joined this year by the Crystal Palace Cheerleaders, who will be cheering on the players and entertaining the crowds with their awesome dance moves.

You can also look forward to some awesome silverware and team awards, which will be handed out by well-known international players and VIPs.

There will be some great food on offer throughout the day and we’ve even got you covered with a pitch-side-bar, so you don’t need to miss any of the action!

The festivities will continue well into the night with music from our DJ that will keep you party rocking and drinks that will be available until 1am to keep you refreshed after a great day out in the sun!

IMG_0493Last year we were joined by FRN bloggers Chris Cracknell (England 7s), Fiona Pocock (England 15s), Pale Nonu (Rotherham Titans), Mark Mapletoft (Harlequins) and other rugby VIPs.

“I’ve really enjoyed myself…The standard of rugby is really great”, Chris Cracknell said.

This year we are looking forward to adding to this prestigious list of players and coaches. So, come rub shoulders with some of the top rugby sevens and fifteens players and coaches in the world.

KIDS ACTIVITIES

little rugbyThere will be plenty to keep the kids entertained with activities all throughout the day.

We will be partnering with Little Rugby to offer 2-5 year olds free rugby sessions from 11AM onwards.

Let your child experience the fun of scoring a try, introduce them to mascot “Lenny Kicker” (a great photo opportunity) and have them play the ‘Spot the Ball’ competition and WIN FREE RUGBY CLASSES.

There will also be activities for older kids, including a bouncy castle and other rides, as well as a junior rugby demonstration match. This should get kids of all ages entertained!

ADULT ACTIVITIES

bullThere will be plenty of entertainment for the adults as well with an assault course, rodeo bull ride, clay pigeon shooting, and a photo booth to take pictures of you and your friends! Did we mention that all of this is free?

There will also be a demonstration match from the England Rugby 7s Wheelchair Team to bring the whole rugby community together!

PRIZES

trophyFind Rugby Now is proud to announce that this year we have some amazing prizes in store for the tournament winners!

Both the men’s and the women’s elite competition winners will receive a £500 cash prize plus beautiful trophies.

Both the men’s and women’s social competition winners will receive a fully bespoke set of rugby 7s kit (including playing shirts, shorts and socks) designed by them courtesy of Impact Prowear (over £600 in value)! These winners will also receive beautiful trophies.

ENTRY COST & CAMPING

SPECTATORS: Entry is FREE for spectators!

TEAMS: Cost for team entry into both the men’s and women’s tournament is only £10 per player for 15 players (i.e. £150 per team) until 1st of May as an early bird special.

After 1st of May prices will go up to and £170, so sign up early and don’t miss out!

CAMPERS: Camping is free for all players. Please make sure to email us AFTER COMPLETING AN ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM if you would like to camp at sevens@findrugbynow.com .
